By accessing our website, subscribing to our daily studio briefings, purchasing our digital color grading presets or templates on Etsy (etsy.com/shop/CreatorMediaLab), or commissioning custom retouching and video production services on Fiverr, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Digital Assets & Commercial Studio License
- Permitted Commercial Use: Purchasing our Lightroom Presets (
.XMP/.DNG), DaVinci Resolve 3D LUTs (.CUBE), Studio Posing Flashcards, or Social Media Branding Templates grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use those assets in your own photography, filmmaking, client shoots, social media channels, and commercial studio projects. - Prohibited Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, or repackage the raw digital preset files, LUT tables, PDF guides, or template source files as standalone digital downloads or competing preset packs.
2. Custom Retouching, Relighting & Video Production Services
Custom studio production orders (editorial photo retouching, color grading, 3D Blender product visualization, and short-form video reels) commissioned through our official Fiverr studio gigs are governed by the project scope, revision milestones, and commercial rights specified on the respective Fiverr order page. Clients warrant that they hold all necessary rights and model releases for media submitted for editing.
3. Legal Templates Disclaimer
Any model release, location release, or studio production record templates offered in our digital bundles are provided as general educational and administrative reference templates. Creator Media Studios is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; you should consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction to tailor agreements to your specific business needs.

Our daily publications (including The Shutter & Studio Wire and The Creator Blueprint) are provided free of charge for educational and informational purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time via the one-click unsubscribe drawer on our website or the link at the bottom of every email.
