This Privacy Policy governs Creator Media Studios and CreatorMediaLab ("we", "us", or "our"), operating at https://creatormediastudios.com, our Etsy digital asset storefront (etsy.com/shop/CreatorMediaLab), our daily educational studio briefings, and our internal studio automation tools ("Herald" and WORKHORSE studio systems), specifically including our Pinterest API v5 and YouTube Data API v3 publishing integrations.
1. Information We Collect
- Pinterest OAuth 2.0 Credentials (First-Party Only): When we connect our own official Pinterest Business account, Pinterest issues us an OAuth 2.0 access token and refresh token via its official authorization flow (using scopes such as
boards:read,boards:write,pins:read,pins:write, anduser_accounts:read). We never view or store any Pinterest password, and we never request or collect OAuth tokens from external visitors. - Board & Pin Identifiers: Our internal scheduler stores the IDs of our own Pinterest boards and the pins we publish in order to pace scheduled posts and prevent duplicate pins.
- Voluntary Newsletter Subscriptions: If you opt in to our free daily educational newsletters (such as The Shutter & Studio Wire or The Creator Blueprint), we collect your email address and optional first name or creator handle solely to dispatch the briefings you selected.
- Digital Storefront & Studio Service Orders: Purchases of Lightroom presets, 3D LUTs, and studio services on Etsy or Fiverr are processed directly by Etsy, Inc. or Fiverr International Ltd. We never receive or store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Information (Pinterest API v5 Compliance)
First-Party Studio Publishing Only: All Pinterest API data is used exclusively to authenticate our own official Creator Media Studios / CreatorMediaLab Pinterest Business account and publish scheduled pins showcasing photography lighting setups, color grading tutorials, Lightroom presets, and creator workflow tips to our own boards. We do not access, read, collect, or store data belonging to any other Pinterest user or account.
3. YouTube API Services & Video Publishing
Creator Media Studios uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) to publish original color grading breakdowns, 3D lighting tutorials, and creator workflow Shorts to our official Creator Media Studios YouTube channel.
- By using our website or interacting with our YouTube channel integrations, users are subject to the Google Privacy Policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy and the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
- We do not collect, store, or share YouTube API data from external website visitors.
- Any authorized studio account holder may revoke our application's access to their Google/YouTube data at any time through the Google Security Settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
4. Strict Content Compliance & Safety Filtering
All content published through our Pinterest API v5 and YouTube API integrations is automatically screened against Pinterest's Community Guidelines and YouTube's Community Guidelines before posting. Our automated pipeline enforces a strict safety filter that blocks any adult, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, nudity, controlled substances, or restricted services. Only general-audience, brand-safe educational and commercial studio content (such as photography lighting schematics, color grading recipes, 3D product rendering, and creator business tutorials) is eligible for publishing through these integrations.
5. Data Storage, Security & Retention
- Private Encrypted Infrastructure: OAuth tokens and subscriber rosters are stored locally on our private, access-controlled studio infrastructure. They are never sold, rented, shared, or transmitted to any third party other than the official Pinterest API or Google/YouTube API endpoints over HTTPS, and are never used for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Token Retention & Deletion: OAuth tokens and associated metadata are retained only for as long as the Pinterest or YouTube integration remains connected. If we disconnect the integration or revoke access, all associated tokens are permanently deleted immediately.
- Newsletter Unsubscribe & Data Deletion: Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe with a single click at any time using the unsubscribe drawer on our homepage or the unsubscribe link in any email, or request complete deletion of their email record by contacting us below.
